What's The Deal With JEWISH DELI CLUB?
We explore and celebrate Jewish delis.
Every few weeks we meet and eat, nosh and schmooze, enjoy an egg cream and kvetch if needed. (It’s a laid back, low-commitment club.)
Anyone nice is welcome at the Jewish Deli Club whether you celebrate all nights of Hanukkah or none and whether you’re actually Jewish or just love a deli. (All pastrami lovers welcome!)
The only rules: (1) be kind and (2) tell someone if they have schmutz on their face.

Belle's-Bagels, Delicatessen, and Bar
SEPTEMBER 5, 6:30 PM
We’re headed to Belle's Bagels, Delicatessen, and Bar for a nighttime hang. They're saving the patio for us so we can hang outside and kick off the weekend together. While we love their bagels, we also love their nighttime noshes and drink menu (Pickle Martini anyone?!).
Let's hang, eat a pickle plate, drink an "OY TO THE WORLD" or a "CEL-RAY CHAIBALL" or the Adam Sandler homage "GIN & TONUKKAH" and see where the night takes us. Belle’s is open till midnight and you can even pre-order bagels to pickup and have for Saturday morning recovery.

Langer's Delicatessen-Restaurant
OCTOBER 4, 11:00 am
We’re headed to Langer's which is best known for its No.19 pastrami on rye sandwich. The Los Angeles Times allegedly called it "the Marilyn Monroe of pastrami sandwiches". We’ll chat with owner Norm Langer and a chef who has been slinging sandwiches and more for 30+ years.
